Dr. Kim Rogers
Dr. Kim Rogers is thrilled to be helping growing smiles at KidSmiles Dental and Orthodontics! A Texas native, she grew up just 30 minutes from our office in Plano. Now, she is happy to provide exceptional orthodontic treatment and help her friends and neighbors achieve a smile they’ll love. Where Did You Study?
Dr. Rogers earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Next, she attended Texas A&M University – Baylor College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery and graduated on the Dean’s Honor List.
Following dental school, Dr. Rogers decided to specialize in orthodontics. In fact, she was selected for one of the top orthodontic residency programs at Texas A&M University – Baylor College of Dentistry! After three additional years of training, she earned her master’s degree in oral biology and her certificate in orthodontics. Today, Dr. Rogers is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists (a distinction that only 1 in 3 orthodontists achieve).
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Away from the office, Dr. Rogers loves spending time with her husband, Shane, and their sweet son, Gavin. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, playing sand volleyball, catching up with friends, and being a part of her local church!
